Orders placed on this website are prepared for supported addresses in the United States under the timing and delivery practices below.

Processing and transit

We generally need about 1–2 business days to prepare an order. Once it leaves our store, estimated shipping is 3–5 business days. Carrier schedules are estimates rather than promised arrival dates.

Rates, addresses, and tracking

Any free-shipping offer and the final shipping charge are determined at checkout. Customers must provide a complete, accurate delivery address, email, and phone number. Tracking updates are sent when available; carrier scans can take time to appear.

Delivery problems and limits

Contact us with the order number and checkout email for a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-missing package, damage, or an address concern. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging. We may ask the carrier to investigate. Service can be restricted where a carrier cannot safely or lawfully deliver.
